Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ORVEXIA Technologies LLC ("ORVEXIA", "we", "us") handles personal information on orvexia.dev, the portfolio and blog of its founder, Ernys Nápoles Favier (the "Site").

The chat assistant on the home page runs in your browser with prepared answers; what you type is not sent to us or to any AI service. Likes, bookmarks and view counters on the blog are stored only in your own browser. We ask for nothing else, and we do not want sensitive information.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, use advertising or tracking cookies, or make automated decisions about you.

5. How long we keep it
Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe. Consent record: while you are subscribed and 4 years after, to be able to prove consent. Emails: up to 2 years. Host logs: up to 1 year.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and unsubscribe at any time by writing to privacy@orvexiatech.com (subject "Unsubscribe" is enough) or with the privacy request form. We answer within 45 days. If we refuse, you can appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy appeal"; we answer within 60 days, and you may then contact the Texas Attorney General or your local authority. Residents of Texas (TDPSA), California (CCPA/CalOPPA) and other U.S. states, and people in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR, including the rights to object, restrict, port and complain to a supervisory authority) have these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control; we do not track you across sites, so Do Not Track needs no further action.
7. Security, children and transfers
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). The consent record cannot be edited from the Site. If a breach affects you we will tell you within 60 days at the latest. The Site is not directed to children under 13. Data is processed in the United States; where required, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
8. Changes
We publish every change here with a new version and date, and record the version each subscriber accepted.
