These Terms and Conditions govern your use of orvexia.dev (the "Site"), operated by ORVEXIA Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using the Site or subscribing to the newsletter you accept them.

1. What the Site is

A portfolio and blog. Projects, screenshots, metrics and code samples are shown to describe the founder's work; some products are in development and their features or dates may change. Articles about technology, careers or trading are personal opinions for information only and are not financial, legal or professional advice.

2. Newsletter

You can subscribe with your email if you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to privacy@orvexiatech.com.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attack or overload the Site, scrape it in bulk, send spam through it or use it unlawfully.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, designs, images, logos and code on the Site belong to ORVEXIA Technologies LLC or Ernys Nápoles Favier, or are used with permission. ORVEXIA™ is a trademark of ORVEXIA Technologies LLC. You may share links and short quotes with attribution; any other reuse needs written permission. Code shown as an example is for reading, not a license to use it. Names of other companies and certifications belong to their owners.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from its use, and our total liability is limited to US$100. This does not limit rights consumers have by law.

6. Law and disputes

Texas law and U.S. federal law apply. Write to legal@orvexiatech.com first so we can try to resolve any issue within 30 days; otherwise the courts of Fort Bend County or Harris County, Texas are competent, unless your local law gives you the right to sue where you live.
